5 potatoes boiled, peeled (optional) and chopped
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp salt.

3 or 4 sweet pickles, diced
1/2 cup chopped onions
3 boiled eggs, sliced
1/2 cups celery diced
1 tsp mustard
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Sprikle on the potatoes the sugar, vinegar and salt. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Add the pickle, onion, eggs, celery, mustard and mayonnaise. Mix well.
