1 1/4 lbs. pork
2 tbsp fat
salt and pepper to taste
1 onion chopped
1 or two cloves garlic
1 cup bouillon, beef
1/4 cup tomato juice
2 tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into squares. Brown well in fat. Put in onion and garlic and cook slowly til tinder. Make sauce of remaining ingredients, pour over meat pieces and cook til tinder on top of stove.
