2 lbs. lean beef cubes (1 1/2 inches)
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

1 cup diced onion
1 tbsp lard
1 cup beef bouilon
2 tbsp worcestshire sauce
2 tsp horseradish
1 cup buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Shake first 4 ingredients togther in a paper bag. In a skillet melt the lard and brown the first 4 ingredients with 1 cup of chopped onions. Mix together the remaining ingredients and stir in. Bake in covered dish for 2 hours or until tender at 325 degrees or simmer on top of stove. Serve over white rice or noodles with a salad and fresh French or Italian bread.
