4 large green apples
1 tbsp lemon juice,
2 large eggs Beat until foamy
2 c sugar
2/3 c oil
2 c flour
2 tbsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 c chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice thin 4 large green apples and sprinkle with lemon juice. Place into a 9x13 pan that has been greased and floured on the bottom. Combine eggs, oil, sugar, flour, vanilla, cinnamon, soda, salt and chopped nuts. Pour over apples. Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes.

Icing
6 oz cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 - 2 tbsp butter
1 - 2 tsp vanilla

Soften cream cheese and butter add vanilla, powdered sugar and mix. Spread over cooled cake.

It is also good with whipped cream.
