Pork chops
Flour
Brown gravy mix
Salt & Pepper
chopped onion
oil
garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Flour chops and brown in oil.
Make gravy with drippings. Set aside.

2 layers:: Flour in bottom of pan, layer chops and onion. Sprinkle brown gravy mix, salt and garlic lightly, Pour a small amount of gravy on first layer then do second layer and pour remaining gravy over top.
Add water to top layer and bake 350 degrees til done about 1 to 1 1/2 hrs.
