1 T. butter
1 fillet(6oz) mild white fish
1 T. minced parsley
Wedge of lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in heavy skillet over low heat.
Add fish and sauté 5 min. on each side until fish is opaque and flakes.
Transfer to serving plate and top with parsley and serve with wedge of lemon.
