6 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups vegetable oil
2 tsp baking powder
7 ½ cups flour
2 tsp vanilla

Beat eggs and sugar together. Add oil and mix well. Add remaining ingredients.
Drop onto cookie sheet and bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Cool on a rack.

For chocolate cookies, add 6 Tbl cocoa and omit 6 Tbl of the flour.

It did not say, but I would think an ungreased cookie sheet would be best or one lined with parchment paper, if you feel a little nervous.
