Giblets from chicken or turkey
6 hardboiled eggs
2 T. flour
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place giblets in water and boil til done. Cut into small pieces and return to broth.
Add chopped hard boiled eggs.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Dissolve flour in small amount of hot water, add to broth. Continue cooking til gravy thickens a little.
