2 sticks butter
1/2 lb cream cheese (brick only)
16 oz sour cream
4 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
4 1/2 cups flour

Coating:
4 egg whites
Sugar
Ground walnuts
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate (or freeze) for a few hours.
Form dough into balls and flatten a little.
For coating:
Beat egg whites until foamy but not stiff. Dip the cookies into the egg whites.
Sprinkle sugar and ground walnuts on top.
Place on cookie sheet, leaving room to spread out.
Bake on 350 until golden brown
