white fish
lemon juice
melted butter
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Using any kind of white fish that you like (fresh or frozen), drizzle with lemon juice and melted butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 450 allowing 10 minutes of cooking time per inch of thickness or until fish flakes. Serve
