2 large purple onions
3 large oranges
1 head romaine lettuce
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange leaves of lettuce on a flat serving dish. Slice the onions and oranges thinly and place slices on the lettuce, overlapping and alternately. Mix the olive oil and mint, pour over the salad and chill.
