10 bell peppers
4 jalapeno peppers
1/2 cup salt
5 cups sugar
4 cups vinegar
2 cups water
1/4 cup garlic powder
1 tbsp hot cajun spice
1 head cabbage
12 medium green tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Grind all the peppers, onions, tomatoes and cabbage. Put salt into ground fruit and mix well. Let set over night. Put in the remaining items and simmer for 20 minutes stirring often. Pack in pint jars and water bath for 5 minutes.
