6 to 8 slices bread
1 doz. eggs, beaten
4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 pkg. Jimmy Dean's sausage
1/2 red pepper, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 stick sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. swiss cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9 x 13 inch pan with margarine. Cube bread and line the pan with it. Mix eggs, milk, salt, and dry mustard. Pour over the bread. Sprinkle sausage, peppers, and sliced mushrooms the mixture. Top with grated cheeses. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for an hour. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
