2 c sugar
3 eggs
1½ t vanilla
4 c sifted flour
2 t baking powder
½ t NaCl

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Blend in dry ingredients sifted together. Chill dough thoroughly. Press out desired shape and bake on ungreased cookie sheet 8-10 in at 375º
