1 cp whole corn kernals
1 cp creamed style corn
2 T canned fat free milk
1/4 cp Egg Beaters
1 oz chopped darrots
1/4 cp chopped zucchini
1 chopped green onion, including tops
1 oz fat free saltine crackers crushed
1/2 cp fat free cottage cheese
1 osz grated soy sheese
1/4 tsp salt
5 shakes white pepper
5 shakes chili powder
5 shakes salt free garlic onion salt (Mrs Dash)
5 shakes Emeril's seasonng

Directions:

Heat oven to 375
Mix all ingredients. Put in a 1 quart cassarole and bake
covered 1 hour.
