3 1/2 cup flour 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 cup butter 4 tsp baking powder 6 large eggs 1 bottle(1 oz) anise extract 1/2 tsp lemon extract
Pre-heat Pizzelle iron In large bowl, with electric mixer at low speed, beat all ingredients until well blended. Spoon a heaping tablespoon of mixture on to center of pan. Bake until golden brown about 30 seconds. Carefully loosen pizzelle. place on wire rack to cool. Sprinkle with powder sugar.
