1 can mushroom gravy (or packet)
1 lb. ground beef (cube steaks can be used)
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1/4 cup gravy, beef bread crumbs, onion and egg thoroughly (For cube steaks toss as much as possible). Shape firmly into 4 patties. In skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 Tbsp. oil. Brown patties. Pour off fat. Add remaining gravy. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until done. Best served with mashed potatoes, corn and toasted bread. Serves 4.
