1 lb linguine pasta

Sauce:
3 cups ripe tomatoes, chopped
4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
1/3 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp. each minced garlic and salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Meanwhile, put all sauce ingredients in a large serving bowl. Toss gently to mix and coat. Cook linguine as package directs. Drain well; add to sauce and toss to mix. Serves 8.
