1 tbsp. vegetable oil
6 pork chops (1/2 to 3/4 thick)
seasoned salt
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (24 oz.) bag hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. French fried onion rings

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, heat oil. Brown pork chops. Drain, then sprinkle with season salt. In small mixing bowl, combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of seasoned salt. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1 cup onion rings. Pour mixture into oiled 8 x 11 inch baking pan. Place chops on top and cover with remaining cheese and onion rings. Bake covered at 350 for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake until onions are golden brown.
