1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/8 tsp. oregano
pepper
mozzarella cheese, shredded
hamburger buns

Directions:
Directions:
In a regular size saucepan, brown hamburger and onion. Drain off grease. Add tomato soup, sharp cheese, oregano, pepper to taste and cook on medium to low heat until cheese is melted. Stir often so it does not burn on the bottom of pan. Line cookie sheet with foil. Put open buns (crust side down) on cookie sheet. Spoon meat mixture onto bun halves. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Place in oven at 325 for about 15 minutes or until top of bun is crispy and cheese is melted. Can be reheated if you have leftovers.
