2 lbs. hamburger 2 eggs 1 can tomato soup 1/2 to 1 c. cracker crumbs 2 c. grated cheddar cheese 1 tsp. thyme 1 tsp. oregano 1/2 med. onion, chopped
Mix all ingredients together and shape in a loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. Top with a mixture of ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar 10 minutes before baking time is over. Drain fat from loaf pan before putting the ketchup mixture on top.
