3 1/2 to 4 lbs. beef roast
24 oz. jar Italian Giardiniera

Directions:
Directions:
Cut roast into large pieces to help fit into crockpot. Pour giardiniera over meat (giardiniera comes in mild, medium, and hot, your choice) in crockpot. Cook on low for 12 to 14 hours. Be sure to watch so that the broth doesn't spill over the top of the crockpot. Once done, shred the meat with a fork and serve on French bread or crusty rolls. This recipe fits a 5 quart crockpot.
