6 c. hamburger (about 3 lbs.)
1 c. milk
2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt or powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. chili powder



Sauce:

2 c. ketchup
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. liquid hickory smoke
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all meatball ingredients. Form into balls the size of a tangerine. Mix sauce ingredients and set aside. Bake the meatballs (uncovered) at 350 for 30 minutes; pour off liquid and add the sauce. Bake an additional 30 minutes.
