2 1/4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 T. sugar
2 eggs (beaten)
2 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Add together beaten eggs, milk and salad oil. Stir into dry mixture only until moistened (batter is thin). Bake in preheated iron.
