1 lb. ground beef 1 lg. onion, minced 1 c. rice (not instant) 1 c. celery, cut fine 1 tsp. salt Dash pepper 1/4 c. soy sauce 1 can cream of mushroom soup 3 c. hot water Chow mein noodles
Brown meat and onion. Add all other ingredients (except chow mein noodles) and put in well greased casserole pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Stir once during cooking. Top with chow mein noodles and serve.
