3 oz boneless skinless cooked chicken
2 c. sliced onion, bell pepper and mushrooms
1 rsp. minced garlic
3/4 c. marinara sauce
1/2 c. cooked instant brown rice or whole wheat pasta

Directions:

In nonstick skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, cook vegetables and garlic until lightly browned. Add the chicken and sauce, cook until heated through. Serve over rice.
