1 cup mashed cooked potato 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon vanilla 2 pds, confectioners' sugar
Combine all ingredients.Add sugar to roll if too sticky. Let sit 1 hour refrigerated ,then roll hand full of mix between two pieces of wax paper and roll flat. Spread with peanut butter and roll. Put in fridge wrapped in wax paper for a couple of hours until hard. Take out and cut into two pieces .Roll out first then cut size of quarter. keep refrigerated
