1 c. elbow macaroni
1 chopped green bell pepper
1 chopped red bell pepper
1chopped onion
1 (15-1/2 oz) can Sloppy Joe sauce
2 tsp. canola oil
1/2 lb. 10% or less fat Ground Sirloin

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni, drain and set aside.
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add bell peppers and onion. Cook until softened. Add beef and cook until liquid evaporates and beef turns brown. Stir in macaroni and Sloppy Joe sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered about 3 minutes.
