1 stick of Butter
1 Granny Smith Apple diced
2 Medium onions diced
3 Celery stalks diced
3 Carrots Diced
1 lb of Sausage, cooked and drained
Below listed items from Williams Sonoma
1/2 jar chestnuts
1/2 cup gravy base
1 Turkey stock
1 box of Foccacia Stuffing
1 tsp Demi Glace

Saute vegetables, and apple in butter until translucent
Mix Turkey stock/Gravy base/ Demi glace in.

In large casserole mix Stuffing/Sausage Chestnuts.
Pour saute'd mixture over and mix well.

Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
