1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. diced celery
1 c. minute rice
1 c. boiled water
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
mushrooms (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground meat, onion, and celery. Put into a baking dish along with remaining ingredients. Stir together. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
