2/3 cup pumpkin
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 eggs

Filling Ingredients:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 T butter
1 box 8oz cream cheese
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all cake the ingredients. Preheat oven to 350. Place wax paper on cookie sheet or jelly roll pan smaller than 9x13. Spray with Pam. Spread mixture in pan and sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Bake 12 - 15 mins. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and roll immediately with dishtowel into log. Allow to cool completely.

Filling:
Mix ingredients. Unroll log and spread filling evenly. Reroll - wrap in wax paper and foil and freeze. Slice to serve.
