Ingredients:  
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 T butter
5 potatoes
3 cubes chicken bouillon
1/2 t salt
2 cups water
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup flour
3 cups milk or half & half

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions in butter until tender, add potatoes, bouillon cubes, water and salt. Cover and cook 15 min til tender. Blend cream cheese & flour until
smooth, add to soup. Add milk and bring to boil. Serve.
