4 cube steaks 1 t dry mustard 4 T butter 3 T lemon juice 2 t snipped chives 1 t worcestershire sauce canned mushrooms
Sprinkle one side of each steak w/ salt, freshly ground black pepper, and 1/8 t dry mustard. Repeat on other side. Heat skillet and add butter. When melted, add steaks and cook for 2 min on each side. Transfer meat to hot plate. Cook remaining meat. Add lemon juice, chives and Worcestershire sauce; bring to boiling. Spoon sauce over meat.
