1 potato, peeled & diced
1/2 onion, sliced thin
8 eggs
3 T milk
1 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
cook, chopped breakfast sausage

Cook potatoes and onions first in butter, then add eggs and the rest of the ingredients.
