2 cups broccoli heads
2 cups cauliflower heads
1 cup sliced water chestnuts
2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes, whole
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 tbsp horseradish
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp olive oil
pepper and salt to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Place all the vegetables in a medium sized bowl. In a small ball mix horseradish, mayonnaise, olive oil and spices together. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix in well. Serve chilled.
