1 link Italian sausage
1/2 dozen medium red potatoes
1/3 block cream cheese
1/4 stick butter
1 cup whole milk
1 small onion diced
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano
pinch of pepper and a pinch of salt ( to taste)
1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and finely crumble the sausage in a large pot with the olive oil. Saute the onion in pot until it is glazed. Add the potatoes diced up with skins on them. Add the remaining ingredients and cover well with water. Bring to a boil stirring freguently to make sure the butter and cream cheese is evenly melted and mixed in. Simmer until the potatoes are done.
