1 1/4 cups lean, cooked, ground country ham
1 (8 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pinapple, drained
1/2 tsp brown sugar
1/8 tsp ground cloves
2 tbsp reduced calorie mayonnaise.

Directions:

Combine all ingredients; stir well. Serve on favorite crackers or as spread for sandwich.
