1 1/2 cusp white corn meal
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 rsp baking soda
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup water.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients through the onions and mix. Add wate and buttermilk and stir just enough to moisten dry ingredients. Drop by rounded teaspoons into hot oil (375 degrees) and fry until golden brown, turning once. Drain on paper towels.
