Cabbage, 1 c. mayonaise, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, milk to thin, Medium Shrimp, olive oil, prepared salsa, monterey Jack chesse, diced red onion, avocado, grated radishes, corn tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Chop cabbage - mix mayonaise, sugar, apple cider vinegar and milk. Mix with cabbage for cole slaw.
Cut shrimp in 1/2" pieces - cook in olive oil and salsa
Heat oil on griddle, heat tortilla, fold in half and cook until semi crisp (still soft)
Fill tortilla with shrimp/salsa mixture, add cheese, red onion, avocado, radishes and top with cole slaw.
