1 cut-up fryer or chicken breasts
1/4 c. flour, 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, 2 tsp. paprika, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1 egg, beaten, 2 tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt and pepper. Beat egg with milk. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then dredge in flour mixture. Place chicken in shallow baking dish. Pour melted butter over chicken. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
