1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup green peppers chopped.
1/2 cup celery chopped
4 cups water
1 cup lentils uncooked
1 1/2 cups brown rice cooked
6 oz. tomatoe paste
1 1/4 oz taco seasoning mix
1/2 ts chili powder
2 cups Jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, combine onions, green peppers, celery and water. Bring to a boil stir in lentils, cover and simmer for 40 minutes. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly oil a 1 3/4 quart casserole. Remove saucepan from heat and stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour into prepared casserole. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
