2 6 oz. cans Solid White or Chunk Light Tuna in Spring Water, drained and chunked
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup mayo
1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
2 T chopped black olives or sweet pickle relish
2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
2 tsp. lemon juice
8 slices bread
curly leaf lettuce leaves

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except bread and lettuce. Mix well. Chill severl hours. Line 4 of the bread slices with lettuce. top each with 1/4 tuna mixture and top with remaining bread.
