1/4 cup pine nuts
1 oz. fresh basil leaves.
2 cloves garlic, peeled.
6 - 8 tbsp olive oil.
1/3 cup grated romano cheese.
1/4 cup grated parmeson cheese.
salt and pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
In an ungreased skillet, toast the pine nuts over medium heat until toasted. Wash basil; shake dry and chop fine. Place the cooled pine nuts, chopped basil, garlic and olive oil in food processor or blender and puree until creamy. Stir in the cheese. Season to taste with pepper and salt and serve over pasta.
