1 cup oil.
3 cups sugar.
3 eggs.
3 cups flour.
1 tsp cloves.
1 tsp cinnamon.
1 tsp ginger.
1 tsp baking soda.
1/4 tsp baking powder.
1/2 tsp vanilla.
2 cups ground zucchini.
1 cup walnuts.

Directions:

Add all the ingredients togther and mix well. Beat the eggs before you add them. Pour into greased and floured loaf Pans. Bake 1 hour in 325 degree oven. It is also good frozen.
