4 - 1/2 inch thick swordfish steaks
2 tsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat broiler. Brush swordfish with oil and season with salt and pepper. Broil steaks 3-5 minutes per side, until browned outside and fish is close to the point of flakiness. In a small saucepan, combine butter, lemon juice, garlic and parsley. Heat until butter is melted. Serve swordfish with sauce.
