12 oz sea scallops
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Dredge scallops in flour mixture and shake off excess flour. In large skillet, melt 2 Tbsp. butter over medium heat. Add scallops and cook, turning occasionally until scallops are golden brown and opaque inside, about 4 minutes. Serves 2.
