1 1/2 lbs tuna steaks
1/4 cup dry sherry
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. grated lime rind
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tuna into 1 1/2 inch cubes, set aside. Combine remaining ingredients except lime rind. Pour over tuna and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes, turning once to coat well. Place tuna on skewers and reserve remaining marinade. Place skewers on oiled grill rack, 5-6 inches from coals. Cook 10 minutes per inch of thickness, turning once and basting frequently with marinade. Cook until the point of flakiness. Sprinkle with lime rind just before serving.
