1 lb flounder fillets 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 cup sliced scallions 1/2 tsp. dill 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Combine all ingredients except flounder. Place fish in a lightly greased baking dish. Spread herb mayonnaise over fish. Bake fish at 400ºF approximately 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish is close to the point of flakiness.
