4 dozen steamer clams in shell
1 cup water
1 Tbsp. seafood seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Wash clams thoroughly. Place water in large pot and add clams. Cover tightly, bring to a boil, and reduce heat. Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until shells open. Drain clams, reserving liquid. Strain liquid and add margarine. Serve hot clams in clam broth and margarine mixture. Serves 4.
