10 oz dough (for thinner pizza) 1 jar tomato sauce 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (per pizza) 1 head of garlic (if desired) olive oil oregano salt and pepper parmesan cheese
Roll dough out thin (thicker for thicker pizza). Add tomato sauce just to cover dough. Drizzle olive oil around pizza. Add toppings of your choice including mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over pizza. Bake at 500ºF for 10-12 minutes.
